Ron Atkinson made one avid Manchester United fan dreams come true when he kindly agreed to attend their suprise birthday bash in Malaga, Spain. On Friday 30th January 2009,the Walkers Stadium, Leicester was transformed into a side walk straight from New York as we were joined by a host of celebrities at our annual gala ball. Through out the night, guests were treated to the finest food, wines and entertainment and were joined by celebrities such as Willie Thorne, Peter Shilton OBE MBE, Johnny Ball, Lee Sharpe and Gary McCausland to name but a few.

The night was a over-whelming success and guests stayed long into the early hours, dancing the night away and having a magnificant time.

On Sunday 22 February 2009, Nina hosted the Imperial College's charity fundraising event on behalf of the college's Indian Society. On Thursday 2 April in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Steve Davis was on hand to offer a lucky few the opportunity to play a few rounds on snooker with him. The incentive was set up by the NHS North Staffordshire in order to promote their New Anti Smoking Campaign and all those who registered for the programme were given the chance to meet Steve and participate in a Q&A session. During the day, Graham was given a tour of Isle of Man Sports Institute and delivered a motivational and inspirating talk to young sports people, followed by a Q&A session.
